WHAT WE OFFER

Substance Abuse:

Our substance abuse program is designed to address the client’s needs to minimize relapse and maximize their ability to live without the use of addicting drugs or alcohol through individual, group or family counseling. We support and facilitate relapse management and coping strategies through our counseling sessions to clients who do not require detoxification or round-the-clock supervision.

Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD):

Members with an anxiety disorder caused by very stressful, frightening or distressing events suffer from PTSD. We provide a safe space in which they can discuss their past while providing coping skills on how to release their pain and process their experience to resolve any underlying issues for long-term healing and growth.

Case Management:

We will schedule clients to see a Case manager within 24 to 48 hours of the client’s consent to receive services. The case manager will be responsible for a thorough screening, before scheduling the appointment with the Clinician/BHP.  The Case manager will have the authority to recommend mentoring programs and/or outside services based on the information gathered during the assessment.

Life Skills and Coaching Program:

We provide individual, group and family life skills by coaching, teaching and encouraging clients to be independent, self sufficient and confident.  Program is designed to allow the client to choose their area of need during orientation and reviewed by the case manager for recommendation.

Peer Support:

We have a tremendous respect for the unique and valuable skills of peer support. Our peers are certified and will be able to provide coping skills that they personally have experienced.  They are not clinical in nature, but we believe that they enhance our program by their ability to effectively communicate to clients through association.

Outpatient Treatment and Therapy:

Groups meetings and individual treatment and therapy are available weekly.  Clients learn to deal with their emotions in a healthy way, resolve the challenges that come up, and develop coping skills. We also provide recovery resources as needed.

Counseling Services:

We provide individual, group and family counseling with a full array of comprehensive behavioral sessions. Our counseling services are focused on strategies and solutions to meet the needs of each individual.  Our programs are structured for consistency, but our counseling is specific to the client or group.

Therapeutic  Mentoring Programs:

We target the full range of challenges concerning mental and behavioral disorders (e.g. education, job skills, social etiquette, self image, personal hygiene, activities of daily living, nutritional and physical wellness.  We also provide art, music and poetic therapy to stimulate our clients’ interests to engage fun and healthy recreation if it is warranted and written as treatment by the Clinician/BHP.

Holistic Therapy:

We view Holistic Therapy as a type of treatment that addresses the entire being of the client. Holistic therapy views the entire person—mind, body, and spirit—as a singular entity. This form of treatment is used to help clients develop a deeper connection with their feelings which can lead to great improvements in their self -esteem and self-awareness. Our holistic program may involve outdoor sessions to consume fresh natural air, expressive art, music and interpretive dance and other forms of holistic therapy within the scope of our professional credentials and guidelines.

Spiritual Counseling:

We provide individual, group and family spiritual counseling. Our spiritual counselors or partners are licensed ministers and provide inspirational guidance and coaching in living a whole life. We provide coping skills with biblical foundation in simple terms to impact change in our clients’ lives.

DUI Services:

We provide DUI services to our clients if desired and the general public .  We offer education and treatment in two levels. One level is an intensive 36 hour inclusive of individual therapy and the other level is 16 hours.  All participants must be part of our screening process and orientation.  Every participant is presented with a certificate of completion.

Grief Counseling:

Grief can encompass many different emotions, sadness, anger, guilt, as well as have significant mental and physical impacts. Our grief counselling helps members to manage the five (5) stages of grief:  denial, anger, bargaining, depression and acceptance.  We help members work through the pain while adjusting to the life change after a loss of a loved one.

Those needing grief counseling are in group with others who have experienced the loss of a loved one as well and also in need of the services.  We feel this is important for the members to have relatable discussion and able to share in their emotions.
